Somewhat put off by 500 lb pallets delivered to my driveway, but found after removing cardboard that the cabinets are packed like Russian dolls. They did a great packing job securing everything from damage and moisture.

Cabinets are indeed heavy duty and drawer slides work great. There is a closer function on the drawers and they have a great bottom liner in them too.

The actual assembly and install was relatively simple. I would make sure the two large cabinets are aligned with each other and leveled. These align the rails for the wall mounted cabinets. I would not tie the large cabinets into the wall until the wall cabinets are set and tied in.

Be aware that these are tall units while on the pallet. This is definitely a two person job and a large dolly is quite helpful unless you have two strong folks. The packaging of the units is quite impressive with the smaller cabinets all packed into the tall cabinet. Assembly was fairly straight forward but I was disappointed (not being particularly handy) that the instructions were not more detailed. The main issue was that the primary anchoring screw did not fit in my drill. The description was in inches. Customer service is our top priority!
